Sauvignon Blanc comes to us from Marlborough, New Zealand's largest wine
growing region located at the top of the South Island. Its
international reputation has been cemented with the production of some
excellent Sauvignon Blanc, making it akin to the national grape. Lonely Cow's Pinot Noir hails from
Nelson, the center of New Zealand, on the shore of Tasman Bay. Nelson is
home to many award winning Pinot Noirs. The area’s pinot is noted for
its vibrant flavors and drinkability.

Arrington Vineyards was founded in 2005 by country artist Kix Brooks, businessman Fred Mindermann and winemaker Kip Summers. Inspired by the success of Fred’s vineyard and Kip’s

Gulch. With a new 40 bbl brewhouse and plenty

Hap Motlow, of the legendary Jack Daniel family from Lynchburg, TN, used
to tell his friend Harry Lipman, “To make great whiskey, you gotta make

through the generations of Lipmans, who still remain in the beverage

Our label and brand celebrate a historic home at our estate vineyard
near Paso Robles. That 150-year-old adobe structure – the Clayhouse
itself – still reminds us of the time when grapes were first planted in
this area. The Clayhouse, which we’ve carefully restored, is really the
ideal symbol for our vineyard and winery. After all, like the adobe, our
wines are created from the earth, cultivated by hand, and nurtured by
family traditions.
Mid-way between the Sierra Foothills and San Francisco Bay Delta,
vineyards such as those owned by the Van Ruiten Family profit from the
ideal delta influenced climate (cool afternoon breeze) that produce ripe
full-flavored Zinfandels. The Van Ruiten Family has been growing grapes in the Lodi area for more
than 50 years. What started out as a table grape community slowly
transitioned into the growing of wine grapes in the early 1900’s. Among
the flourishing vines was the legendary Lodi Zinfandel. John’s first
acres of Zinfandel still remain as part of the estate today. These
Zinfandel vines are among the oldest, most historic and shyest bearing
vines.

In addition to their own estate
grown grapes, the winery has established unique, long-term
contracts with 15 growers in the Penedés region.
Under these agreements, control and maintenance of the vineyards
is undertaken by Jaume Serra to ensure their quality standards
are met. From these growers the winery purchase the white
varietals of Macabeo, Parellada, Xarello and Chardonnay
which are used in the famous Jaume Serra Cristalino Brut, Extra Dry
and Brut Nature Cavas.

Loving work and having an eye for every detail is Estrella Damm's
formula. Brewed according to the original 1876 recipe. We have no
secrets. Just a job well done. We work with the farmers in the Ebro basin to obtain barley of the characteristics that our Master Brewers need. We continue to malt in our own Bell-Lloc (Lleida) malthouse, making us
one of the few brewery in Spain and in the world, that still produces
all of its malt barley in its own malthouse. Likewise, we continue to
use our original recipe as our basis, including pearl rice, a very
Mediterranean ingredient that characterises Estrella's flavour.

Winemaker Peter Griebeler crafts the R. Müller ‘Rabbit’ Riesling (aka
‘The Bunny Wine’) from grapes grown in the Landwein Rhein region of
Germany. The wines of this region continue to impress Riesling lovers as
they are known for elevating wines with a little more body, and the R.
Müller Riesling is a nice example.
Barenjager is still crafted in the immemorial manner, from natural ingredients - but with better honey that is especially aromatic. The alluring spirit's recipe was slightly altered in the 18th Century and continues to serve as the original honey liqueur enjoyed around the world today.
